Another Cabin On Hire From AD Modular

Our 32 x 10ft GRP cabins are on there way to our customer. The ground floor GRP consists of toilets and drink prep, the upper floor consists of an meeting room and open plan office.

We have also had our new van delivered, exciting!

Permanent Classroom Solution

The school were let down and left to cope with half a building when one of the ad Modular’s competitors went into administration halfway through the completion process.  ad Modular were asked to assist by the Council as we had provided them with modular accommodation at Malden Parochial School, which gave the school a great recommendation. ad Modular went in and rectified the works that had been carried out to a poor standard and then finished the remainder of the works for the School during the summer vacation period. Both the school and the Council were extremely happy with the work carried out.

 

The building was in need of some special requirements including a wheelchair ramp and shutter windows for security protection. This made the school more accessible to all and helped improve the reputation overall and helped provide disabled access in the school.

 

Modular School Accommodation Sale

When AD Modular were approached by Tuffin Ferraby Taylor and asked to supply a full turnkey package for a double classroom and changing room accommodation for Malden Parochial school in Kingston Upon Thames, we were advised that the project had to be completed within four weeks from design, manufacture and installation. This was due to another modular building company letting the school down at the last minute. The buildings were delivered and installed on pre-prepared groundworks in just a single day.

AD Modular stepped in and turned the project around working closely with the customer to ensure the building was delivered on time and to specification.

This project was handed over early October 2012, on time and budget.

This was a superb effort given they were instructed at the beginning of August. The site operatives were extremely competent on site and communicative with members of the project team and the school . The end product was completed to an excellent standard with overall customer satisfaction very high.[/minti_testimonial]
