Place Farm School – Suffolk

Place Farm School in Suffolk required two modular double classroom buildings while part of their existing school was being refurbished.  This project was completed on behalf of another modular building company. Working closely with one of our partner companies we ensured the building was delivered on time to a high standard.

The buildings provided a safe working environment for the children and staff who attended the school, and delivered an efficient service.

Falinge Park High School

ad Modular were approached by Falinge Park High School to extend the school to accommodate more teachers and children. The exterior of the building had to match the current school along with the orange trim in around the windows. The building was completed on time and ready for the new school year.

Permanent Classroom Solution

The school were let down and left to cope with half a building when one of the ad Modular’s competitors went into administration halfway through the completion process.  ad Modular were asked to assist by the Council as we had provided them with modular accommodation at Malden Parochial School, which gave the school a great recommendation. ad Modular went in and rectified the works that had been carried out to a poor standard and then finished the remainder of the works for the School during the summer vacation period. Both the school and the Council were extremely happy with the work carried out.

The building was in need of some special requirements including a wheelchair ramp and shutter windows for security protection. This made the school more accessible to all and helped improve the reputation overall and helped provide disabled access in the school.
