Falinge Park High School Alterations

ad Modular have currently just finished the alterations at Falinge Park High School ready for the start term. We provided the existing building back in 2015, the school wanted to extend the current modular and add another 10 bays. The School are delighted with the changes and are thrilled for the new extension to start end of September.

We are proud of the achievement and are looking forward to completing the rest of the extension.

Network Rail Staffordshire Alliance

AD Modular were asked to supply permanent offices in the form of modular buildings for Network Rail. The 28 double storey modular building was part of a £2.5 million project.

Modular Hire Site Accommodation

AD Modular were approached by Vinci Construction UK Limited and asked to supply 16no. sections of Double Storey Steel Plastisol Coated Modular Building for use as Offices, Canteen and Drying Room within the Vinci Construction compound on the prestigious Jaguar Land Rover site in Solihull, West Midlands.  As AD Modular had worked for Vinci Construction previously, we were appointed as Preferred Supplier and were requested to carry out a full turnkey package including delivery, installation, crane, electrical test to distribution board and water chlorination of water system.

AD Modular worked closely with Vinci Construction to ensure the building was delivered on time and to specification.

‘This project was handed over just before the Christmas break in December 2012, on time and budget’.

This has now helped Jaguar Land Rover develop and expand even more, and become one of the largest car companies in the United Kingdom.

2000m² of Air Conditioned Office Accommodation. Refurbishment with provision of Air Conditioning to the Vinci owned building shown as Larch House. Not only could AD Modular supply the highest quality building to create the new offices in the extension, it could also provide a complete one-stop-shop solution by fitting out the offices with climate control, suspended ceilings and fire alarm. The buildings were handed over early May 2012 – on time and on budget, Duration of hire 2 years.
